My interest in health & life longevity started young from watching strangers and loved ones choose a lifestyle that did not benefit their pursuits to a happy and healthy life.

I not only wanted to educate myself so that I could help my loved ones understand how to proactive in their own life, but the more I knew the more I wanted to put my knowledge into practice as a career.

My awareness in my health started in high school as a cheerleader realizing what my body could do. From there the journey to become a Physical Therapist began. This is where the pot thickens. After dropping out of college, I decided to step into my interests.

Yoga teacher training opened a whole new world for me. It changed my life and I mean that in the most authentic way. No nonsense about love and light. I have taught at yoga studios, fitness clubs like the Detroit Athletic Club, 1:1 in home sessions, retreats, workshops, corporate yoga. You name it, I have probably done it or it is on my list to be done.

This door opened me to completing my license in massage therapy and that is when my self employment life began. 

After getting my license, we started our family and my son was born. This brought on weight gain, diastasis recti, 10lb 110z baby to deliver via caesarean section. Healing my core was essential to be my best professionally and personally.

Between massage therapy and functional fitness, I have found a home in my work. This knowledge is not just tools to help you experience relief and change within your body, but to expand your health choices into a lifestyle that I can help facilitate for you.
